Inorder to spread the research and application achievement of China's CNC machinetool interconnection standard, China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’Association (CMTBA) and German Machine Tool Builders’ Association (VDW) plan tocarry out the jointly display of NC-Link Interconnection Protocol and German umati Protocol at EMO MILANO 2021 on October 4th - 9th, 2021. Due to the impact ofthe pandemic, NC-Link Interconnection Protocol will display through remote connection mode.
The standard of numerical control equipment industrial interconnection protocol(NC-Link) has stepped into the stage of practical application, which is developed and formulated by CMTBA, the development of this standard has established a unified standard for the interconnection of CNC machine tool in China, which will greatly boost the construction of smart factories and the promotion of smart production in China.
In this exhibition, CMTBA will organize several industrial enterprises including Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd., Shenyang CASNC Technology Co., Ltd., BAOJI MACHINE TOOL GROUP CO., LTD to display the real time application of NC-Link Interconnection Protocol for 18 CNC system machine tool products with different types and brands. At the mean while, showing the interactive communication effect between NC-Link and German umati is an important part in the exhibition as well as. On the umati platform at the exhibition site, we can connect the workshop equipments of enterprises far away in China, show their networking practice and equipment interconnection effect in CNC machine tool, and display various working condition information such as equipment status, processing management,alarm, sampling data, alignment Data, etc..
